We are excited to announce that our annual Patriots' Ball fundraiser will now be taking place as a virtual online auction!
Online bidding will open on Saturday, May 23rd at 2:00 PM and close on Saturday, May 30th at 10:00 PM Central Time.
Why is our annual fundraiser so important? Hamilton Elementary, a Chicago Public Schools Fine Arts Magnet-Cluster school with a mission to inspire lifelong learning, serves more than 515 students from diverse families across Chicago. The proceeds from the Patriots' Ball directly benefit Hamilton's academic, arts and wellness programs.
No ticket is needed to participate in the virtual online auction - Sit back and relax while doing some online competitive shopping to support our school! Ticket purchases and Family Sponsorship packages already made will be treated as tax deductible donations unless a refund is necessary. Email [email protected] with any questions.
Purchase a Golden Ticket for your chance to win a Peloton bike! Due to the unknown certainty of future travel restrictions we will no longer be offering a choice of vacation to our Golden Ticket winner. Instead this year's winner will be getting a brand-new Peloton bike delivered to their door! Only 100 tickets will be sold. Any previously purchased Golden Tickets will be transferred to this new raffle. If a refund is necessary please email [email protected]. The Golden Ticket winner will be drawn on Sunday, May 31st.
Purchase raffle tickets for $10 each for one or all of our 5 fabulous raffle baskets! Winners for each of these baskets will be drawn on Sunday, May 31st. Anyone who previously purchased raffle tickets will be contacted shortly about which baskets they like their raffle tickets to be entered in.
Social Distancing Teacher and Staff Experiences! Our amazing teachers and staff have created lots of fun social distancing experiences for our children that will be available by sign up or to highest bidder.
Place your bids on Classroom Art projects, purchase your 2019-20 Student Yearbooks, secure your spot in several Parent-hosted experiences, and grab your very own Happy Hour kit, complete with 2 bottles of wine and Hamilton branded wine glasses, dropped off on your porch!
